The Program

True Strength is a progressive 3-month program built specifically for women 35+ who are ready to get stronger, move with confidence, and build a foundation for lifelong fitness.

Whether you're completely new to lifting or getting back into training after time away, Beginner Level 1 gives you the structure, guidance, and progression you need to build a strong foundation.

You don't have to be “fit” to start THIS PROGRAM

Maybe you've tried workout classes, cardio, walking, or following random workouts online. Maybe you've lifted before but haven't trained consistently in years.

Or maybe you're simply realizing that what worked in your 20s isn't necessarily what your body needs now. This is where you start.

True Strength takes the guesswork out of strength training and gives you a smart, sustainable approach designed for the changing needs of women 35+.

01
Beginner Level 1

Build yourfoundation.

Over 3 months, you'll build foundational strength while learning the movement patterns, techniques, and training habits that let you keep progressing.

You'll work your entire body, improve your movement quality, and gradually challenge yourself as your strength and confidence increase.

Effective, progressive strength training built to make you stronger for life.

What you'll get

Everything you need to start strong.

01

2 full-body strength workouts / week

Efficient, structured workouts that train all major movement patterns and muscle groups — without requiring you to spend hours in the gym.

02

Built-in mobility

Every workout begins with intentional mobility work to prepare your body and improve movement quality.

03

Progressive training

Your workouts aren't meant to stay the same. Training progresses across the 3 months so you gradually build strength, confidence, and capacity.

04

Optional conditioning

Add 1–2 conditioning sessions a week to build cardio and work capacity — without letting it take over your strength training.

05

A clear path forward

Finish Level 1 with the foundation to move into True Strength: Level 2 and keep building on what you've accomplished.

Your 3-month journey

Learn. Build. Strengthen.

01
Month 01

02
Month 02
Build

Progress your exercises and training demands as your strength and confidence improve.

03
Month 03

The goal isn't to be perfect for 3 months. It's to finish those 3 months stronger than when you started — and ready for what's next.

More than muscle

Stronger is about more than muscle.

Strength training helps you build and maintain muscle, support bone health, improve physical function, and keep the strength and independence you want as you age. But there's another benefit that doesn't show up on a scale: confidence.

  • Confidence to pick up something heavy.
  • To get off the floor.
  • Carry your groceries.
  • To hike that trail.
  • To keep doing the things you love for years.

That's what we're training for.

The philosophy

Your body is not something to shrink. It's something to build.

True Strength was created around a simple idea: the goal of training isn't to spend your life trying to take up less space.

It's to build a body that is strong, capable, resilient, and prepared for the life you want to live. And that starts with learning how to lift.

Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Andrea.

I've been strength training since I was 18 and coaching women for more than 20 years. Over the years, I've coached hundreds of women through different stages of life, fitness levels, goals, and challenges. And I've learned something along the way:

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to getting stronger — especially as women move through their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond.

This program shows you how to train smarter — with the right combination of strength, mobility, conditioning, recovery, and progression. That's exactly why I created True Strength.

I designed every workout in this program with the beginner and returning-to-fitness woman in mind. You'll learn the foundational movements, build confidence with resistance training, and progressively challenge your body.

My coaching philosophy is simple:

Build strength. Move well. Stay consistent.

Because strength is more than what you can accomplish in the gym. It's about being able to carry your groceries, get off the floor, hike a mountain, travel, play with your kids, and keep doing the things you love as you get older.

I've spent more than two decades helping women become stronger — and True Strength is the system I wish every woman had access to when she was first starting out.

You don't need to know exactly what you're doing before you begin. That's what I'm here for.
